We strive to ensure all services are completed to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion so we can address your concerns promptly.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be issued under the following circumstances:

Services were not performed as agreed.
There was a clear error or omission in the service provided.
We were unable to perform the scheduled service without prior notice.

3. Refund Process

4. Partial or Full Refunds
Refunds may be issued as:

A full refund of the service fee.
A partial refund if a portion of the service was successfully completed.
A credit toward future services, at our discretion.

5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:

Services completed satisfactorily as agreed.
Customer-requested cancellations after service has started.
Changes due to weather, unforeseen circumstances, or conditions beyond our control.

6. Resolution Commitment
Our goal is to resolve any issues fairly and promptly. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
