3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee. In the event of unsafe weather or site conditions, we reserve the right to reschedule services at our discretion.
